Second, she is a highly accomplished technical accountant with experience in regulation compliance, international issues, SEC reporting, IFRS filings, litigation support, audit, and other outsourced controller functions. Third, she teaches ethics, so you know you are working with an individual of the highest integrity and honesty.

Laureen, a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, is proficient at taking companies from offline to online in QuickBooks as well as solving other issues they might have with the software. Some of the projects Laureen has completed in her career as a CPA include preparing the annual consolidated financial statements for an international company, conducting SOX #404 compliance work, reducing audit fees and IRS penalties for a manufacturing company, and reducing a sales tax audit assessment for a client by hundreds of thousands of dollars. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Prior to starting her own firm, Laureen gathered extensive experience as a controller in multinational corporations, treasurer of a government organization, and a “Big Four” auditor, working at PriceWaterhouse Coopers.
